Description

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Lead product demonstrations, technical discovery sessions, and solution design workshops tailored to customer needs.
  • Support the sales cycle by delivering proof-of-concept engagements, responding to technical RFPs/RFIs, and resolving technical objections.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation and ensure solutions are configured and integrated correctly.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues by collaborating with Engineering and Support teams to drive resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, architecture diagrams, and best-practice playbooks.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to conduct technical health checks, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn risk.
  • Gather customer feedback and share product improvement insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and onboarding resources.
  • Stay current on product releases, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong technical foundation with APIs such as REST/GraphQL, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and SaaS integrations.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in live customer environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in Customer Experience, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales Engineering.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
