Description

  • Own and optimize the sales CRM pipeline from lead to close, including deal flow, contract processes, and sales generation tools.
  • Analyze pipeline data to improve sales strategy, conversion rates, revenue visibility, and process efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze real estate footprint data to identify overlaps, opportunities, and expansion potential within the SwiftConnect network.
  • Analyze customer lifecycle and velocity data to identify operational improvements and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own the contract lifecycle end-to-end, including drafting, execution, renewal tracking, archival, and obligation management.
  • Organize and maintain document and content management systems such as Google Drive, Salesforce, and Confluence.
  • Establish naming conventions, folder structures, and version control practices to keep documents current, accessible, and audit-ready.
  • Process user and account data to support accurate invoicing and a consistent post-sale customer experience.
  • Define, create, and track KPIs and build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Map and improve cross-functional handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Support, and Portfolio Management.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, program management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and operational impact.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer experience, and product development.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and sales operations processes.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar is helpful.
