Description

  • Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing programs aligned with sales priorities and target accounts.
  • Lead content-based campaigns that align with brand and product marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee paid growth strategy across channels and ensure alignment with broader demand efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations on targets, messaging, and performance.
  • Define and scale global demand strategy for enterprise accounts.
  • Develop integrated programs across ABM, content, paid media, and field marketing.
  • Support revenue acceleration in competitive, multi-stakeholder sales environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing in enterprise SaaS, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, including A/B testing and optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of ABM, attribution models, and paid media strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Forward-thinking, hands-on approach to AI-based demand tools and processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
