Description

  • Own the development and evolution of Sweet Security’s brand identity across all channels and markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to brand strategy and business growth.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to define messaging, offers, and target audiences.
  • Act as the connection point between demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing to drive alignment.
  • Define campaign and brand objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, and track performance against business goals.
  • Direct creative development with design and content teams to produce brand-consistent assets.
  • Use GTM strategy, ICP, and buyer persona insights to inform creative and competitive initiatives.
  • Test and optimize campaigns across digital, content, email, and paid channels to improve impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience building or scaling brand presence in competitive markets.
  • Strong campaign execution experience.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and the lead lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strategic thinking with creative sensibility and excellent execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term demand generation goals.
