Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists as needed.
  • Keep up with evolving tools, technology, and customer support practices.
  • Apply customer happiness practices to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English at minimum C1 level.
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer support.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Availability to work part-time on a fixed schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm CET.
