Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of conversational agents from requirements gathering through production deployment.
  • Monitor agent performance and analyze user interactions to identify gaps and drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with AI, graph creators, QA, and client teams to maintain smooth workflows and resolve issues quickly.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance of conversational flows to validate accuracy and deployment readiness.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Document processes, updates, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining quality standards and strict data confidentiality.
  • Work within a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule in a fully remote setting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High level of commitment, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Ability to maintain strict data confidentiality and comply with operational standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Comfort managing tasks with a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule and set working hours.
