Description

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to enterprise B2B clients via email.
  • Provide on-call assistance for critical issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact during live event lifecycles.
  • Use SQL, Grafana, OpenSearch, and related tools to analyze logs, APIs, and errors.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product, Professional Services, and Account Management teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Support customer event integration, onboarding, and troubleshooting in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C2 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • At least 4 years of technical support experience in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with log analysis, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS tools such as CloudWatch, Athena, and S3.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms such as Grafana and OpenSearch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript is a plus.
