Description

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems, especially Google Workspace.
  • Support collaboration tools, security platforms, and business applications.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain IT inventory and support asset management processes.
  • Follow IT security policies and best practices.
  • Work with global IT teams to resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with user account management and/or MDM tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as JIRA ITSM.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf is preferred.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Bash is preferred.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken, for communication with international teams is preferred.
