Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through a fully operational Go-Live.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and translate procurement and financial requirements into optimized platform workflows.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, scope, and technical dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, catalogs, and other business data.
  • Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints that enable clients to operate the platform independently.
  • Create implementation playbooks, configuration guides, and video workflows to standardize deployment.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and convert client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects while controlling deadlines, stakeholders, and scope.
  • Advanced written and spoken English, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to organize, validate, and analyze business data.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong change-management, presentation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical implementation issues involving APIs and integrations in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions in US, UK, or European markets is preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, or a related academic background is preferred.
