Description

  • Manage a portfolio of established customers with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director.
  • Own the customer journey from phased implementation through long-term adoption and renewal support.
  • Configure workflows, user permissions, data updates, and other technical requests.
  • Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows.
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, implementation milestones, and Time to First Value.
  • Document customer configurations, interactions, risks, and progress for internal visibility.
  • Identify product optimization and expansion opportunities and refer qualified leads to Account Directors.
  • Prepare data for strategic business reviews and support renewal conversations.
  • Stay current on product releases, best practices, and AI advancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role supporting SaaS implementations, such as Technical Support, IT, or Junior Implementation.
  • Experience achieving implementation milestones, including Time to First Value and defined success criteria.
  • Experience with software configuration, data mapping, and data migration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Interest in AI advancements and willingness to learn and apply AI tools.
  • Clear, professional verbal, video, and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting technical projects, tracking time, reporting progress, and identifying risks.
  • Ability to document business processes and work effectively with customers.
  • Interest in building a career in customer value and learning from senior team members.
  • Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management platforms preferred.
