Description

  • Assess customer needs and architect tailored technical solutions that support specific business goals.
  • Lead product demonstrations that clearly show ApartmentIQ’s ROI and business impact.
  • Own the technical relationship during the sales cycle, including initial design, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to launch and execute pilot programs.
  • Partner with Engineering and R&D to translate customer pain points into product requirements and enhancements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and product strategy.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings and major industry events.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospective customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering.
  • Multifamily sales experience required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
