Description

  • Deliver technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat.
  • Take ownership of technical issues, triage them, and escalate when needed.
  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries related to technical problems or feedback.
  • Follow escalation procedures and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs.
  • Contribute to and update the support knowledge base and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware issues.
  • Solid understanding of how hardware and software interact.
  • Experience working with logs and performing data analysis.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with UAV/UAS systems is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with network architecture and cloud-based systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of firewalls and port configuration is a plus.
