Description

  • Provide reactive and proactive IT support to client end users through chat, phone, and email.
  • Resolve support tickets independently and escalate only when documented solutions fail or SLA risk increases.
  • Proactively communicate availability and schedule client responsibilities with IT Support Associates.
  • Serve as gatekeeper for key contact approval and contact verification processes.
  • Monitor and act on performance KPIs such as SLA, resolution time, and stale tickets.
  • Develop knowledge of Interlaced internal systems, client technologies, service plans, and project offerings.
  • Support assigned client projects under direct supervision.
  • Complete training, shadowing, and ongoing self-education to build expertise.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT Support Associates and new employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of IT experience, with a focus on help desk and customer support.
  • Knowledge of common business technologies and experience in diverse technical environments.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure components.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to quickly adopt new techniques and processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with users at all organizational levels, from front desk staff to executives.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for end users.
  • B2 or higher English proficiency.
  • Dedicated home office or working environment with stable internet connection.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time (UTC -7 / -8), excluding holidays.
  • Proficiency with several of the following tools is preferred: Meraki, Ubiquiti, MacOS, Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, OneLogin, Okta, JumpCloud SSO, SentinelOne, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS Filter, Datto/Backupify, Comet Backup, BackBlaze, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Addigy, JumpCloud MDM, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, and Mosyle.
