Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale to go-live as the main client contact.
  • Run discovery sessions to assess client procurement and financial processes and translate needs into product workflows.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, scope, and technical alignment across multiple implementation projects.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
  • Track risks and unblock technical dependencies for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints that enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
  • Create implementation playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows to standardize onboarding.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and convert client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management mindset and the ability to handle user resistance and process transformation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or Europe is a plus.
  • Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
