Description

Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale to go-live as the main client contact.
Run discovery sessions to assess client procurement and financial processes and translate needs into product workflows.
Manage timelines, deliverables, scope, and technical alignment across multiple implementation projects.
Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
Track risks and unblock technical dependencies for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints that enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
Create implementation playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows to standardize onboarding.
Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and convert client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
Strong change management mindset and the ability to handle user resistance and process transformation.
Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or Europe is a plus.
Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
