Description

  • Lead Sage Intacct implementations while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate client needs into scalable Sage Intacct configurations.
  • Configure Sage Intacct modules and third-party integrations.
  • Develop test scripts, reports, and dashboards to support client requirements and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide timely post-go-live technical support.
  • Build long-term client relationships and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and provide regular project status updates.
  • Coordinate with sales, support, developers, and internal teams on project delivery and enhancements.
  • Research, resolve, and escalate complex software issues.
  • Contribute to internal processes, templates, best practices, and knowledge-base documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of ERP software consulting or implementation experience; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client service instincts.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn ERP platforms quickly and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools.
  • Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation experience across multiple modules preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct integrations, reports, dashboards, or ConnectWise and similar ticketing/PSA platforms preferred.
