Description

  • Own the hands-on implementation cycle for assigned clients under the direction of an Engagement or Project Manager.
  • Participate in regular client calls and collaborate directly with law firms.
  • Discover requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test functionality, and deploy Litify solutions or Salesforce extensions.
  • Present solutions to clients and technical designs to project peers.
  • Identify implementation best practices and share discoveries to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary services teams to resolve client inquiries and problems.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience administering or consulting on the Salesforce platform.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Automation; strong knowledge of Flow, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
  • Expertise configuring Salesforce users, profiles, and roles.
  • Experience migrating data from CSV files, SOQL, or other systems using tools such as Apex Data Loader.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce click development, including custom fields, page layouts, and flows.
  • Experience installing and configuring AppExchange applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multifaceted team and resolve client-related issues.
  • Self-starter with an autonomous, driven, and motivated working style.
  • Understanding of Salesforce products and cloud-based systems preferred.
  • Exposure to legal industry technology preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401 preferred.
