Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate requirements into optimized workflows.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
  • Track internal and client stakeholders against deadlines while managing risks and resolving technical dependencies.
  • Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints that enable clients to operate the platform independently.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, with confidence leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to handle user resistance and guide process transformation.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets (plus).
  • Understanding of finance, accounting, procurement, or other core business operations (plus).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, CRM platforms, or other enterprise software (plus).
  • Academic background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field (plus).
