Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology used in support operations.
  • Handle sensitive customer data carefully and securely.
  • Apply customer satisfaction best practices in daily work.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills at C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • A personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in hospitality or logistics is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk or another CRM is a plus.
  • Experience handling tickets is a plus.
