Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements according to defined processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, and monthly close activities.
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships while working within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with the manager and team members to ensure timely, effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Discover, evaluate, and implement software and tools to improve client service and efficiency.
  • Maintain and document internal workflows and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services or tools that add client value.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-ins to stay aligned and supported.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, monthly close, and financial reporting/analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during traditional daytime business hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.
  • Willingness to accept coaching and feedback and implement changes as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client data.
  • Passion for helping clients and businesses succeed.
