Description

  • Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to assigned clients.
  • Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements following defined processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable management, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis as applicable.
  • Work directly with clients to manage day-to-day relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members through timely and effective communication.
  • Discover, learn, and implement software to solve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain and document internal workflow processes.
  • Recommend additional services or tools that could increase client value and efficiency.
  • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings.
  • Embrace coaching and feedback and implement changes to support team and client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closes, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
  • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work part-time, 25–30 hours per week.
  • Ability to work during traditional business hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
  • Thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality when handling client data.
  • Experience supporting client relationships and working within established processes and budget parameters.
  • Comfort learning and using new technology in a virtual work environment.
