Description

  • Run the end-to-end invoice processing workflow for German and international entities.
  • Review incoming invoices for accuracy and code them correctly for tax in D365.
  • Route invoices through digital approval workflows and ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Manage open items, electronic mail, and supplier reminders to keep vendor matters organized.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain professional vendor relationships.
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve invoice or payment issues with internal departments and the Invoice Coordinator.
  • Support month-end and year-end close by maintaining accurate AP reconciliations and coordinating with the general ledger team.
  • Ensure invoices are properly checked for completeness and compliance before approval.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, ideally in a high-volume, BPO, or shared services environment.
  • Experience supporting international entities is a strong plus.
  • A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Experience investigating payment discrepancies, managing open items, and resolving supplier inquiries.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365; SAP or Oracle experience is also relevant.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, tax coding, and financial controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
