Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify candidates aligned with open roles.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews and complete detailed interview scorecards and evaluations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments and background checks to support hiring decisions.
  • Keep hiring teams informed and aligned through clear internal communication.
  • Handle sensitive recruiting information with confidentiality and care.
  • Maintain organized candidate records and track key recruiting metrics.
  • Represent SupplyHouse at hiring events, university career fairs, and other recruitment events.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with additional recruiting tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, including interviewing, facilitation, reference checks, and offers via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone.
  • Proven experience in technical hiring for Engineering, Product, IT, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse preferred, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven recruiting environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work remotely from India on a Monday through Friday schedule aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
