Description

  • Own the delivery system by setting up and optimizing Asana across all engagements with standardized templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain client roadmaps with clear owners, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and a structured backlog.
  • Run internal weekly production meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and ensure clear next steps and ownership.
  • Identify blockers, delivery risks, scope creep, and dependency issues early and escalate proactively when outcomes, margin, or efficiency are at risk.
  • Track progress against roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across active engagements and flag off-roadmap requests that may create scope creep or reduce profitability.
  • Provide portfolio visibility by producing weekly reporting summaries on delivery health, roadmap progress, risks, blockers, scope drift, and milestone status.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders, Consulting Operations, and Operations to improve delivery workflows, governance, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Translate high-level inputs into detailed, structured execution plans that are realistic, sequenced properly, and aligned to scope, budget, and delivery goals.
  • Support scalable delivery practices across Revenue Strategy and AI engagements.
  • Maintain consistent reporting rhythms that improve accountability and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, agency, or similar client-service environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver structured, measurable outcomes, not just general organization or follow-up.
  • Experience working in small, fast-moving companies; startup or boutique consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience owning project or program management systems such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, templates, governance models, and reporting cadences.
  • Experience proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to translate high-level goals into detailed, sequenced plans with clear ownership.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern GTM functions including sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM ecosystems, analytics, and automation.
  • Applied experience using AI within delivery operations, workflow automation, or program management.
  • Ability to understand how business and technical initiatives get delivered, even without being the hands-on builder.
  • Strong instincts for where consulting projects break down, including requirements, handoffs, misalignment, data issues, and adoption risk.
  • Strong internal executive presence and polished communication style.
  • Ability to communicate with nuance in client-facing consulting environments.
  • Skilled at escalation, expectation-setting, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Comfortable pushing back when timelines or expectations are unrealistic.
  • Experience managing a portfolio or book of work, not just a single project.
  • Strong awareness of pacing, scope control, margin health, and delivery risk.
  • Ability to identify overages, timeline risks, and execution bottlenecks early.
  • Experience producing executive-ready reporting and delivery summaries.
