Description

  • Generate and close opportunities across self-sourced, BDR-generated, and inbound channels.
  • Position Superside’s value to enterprise customers and differentiate the company from traditional integrated agencies.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across internal teams and customer organizations.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Partner with BDRs and Field/ABM Marketing to build pipeline through outbound efforts and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team to conduct deep discovery and develop tailored creative solutions.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses.
  • Stay current on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and Superside’s evolving offerings.

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise field sales experience selling creative services, AI solutions, or SaaS to marketing and creative teams.
  • Strong discovery, deal preparation, and sales documentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and converting self-sourced pipeline.
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations.
  • Genuine interest in design and the future of creative work.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with integrated agency models and operations.
