Description

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for 5–10 enterprise customers across pre-sale scoping, delivery, renewal, and expansion.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify upgrade and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead renewals and commercial negotiations in partnership with leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and procurement leaders.
  • Translate customer business objectives into scalable creative programs.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Producers to ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point and resolve issues quickly to protect customer confidence.
  • Monitor account health, burn rates, and pacing to maintain performance and profitability.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases that demonstrate the value of Superside’s model.
  • Champion AI-driven creative opportunities and identify where automation and GenAI can create additional value.
  • Coach and develop PMs and Producers to raise the bar on customer management and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Operations on resourcing and execution.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in account management or client services in a creative, marketing, digital, or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-dollar global accounts.
  • Direct experience with enterprise software, D2C, and B2B clients is highly preferred.
  • 3–5+ years in an account leadership role such as Group Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue and retention targets.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire others and manage direct reports.
  • Ability to foster an environment where diverse perspectives can thrive.
  • Operational mindset with experience designing systems that can sustain accelerating delivery timelines without sacrificing quality.
