Description

  • Own the outbound and nurture systems that move accounts from unaware to engaged to sales-ready.
  • Design signal capture, scoring, sequencing, and escalation so engaged accounts get a next step without waiting for a rep.
  • Build account-level personalized campaigns using internal data and research, and measure their impact on buyer behavior.
  • Create small tools and calculators that generate attention and first-party data.
  • Build on existing account engagement tracking in HubSpot.
  • Set up automated coverage and pipeline reporting by account tier.
  • Own data quality across enrichment, target list management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Lead event-driven demand generation, including pre-event outreach, post-event follow-up, and pipeline attribution.
  • Own GTM stack decisions and integrations across HubSpot, enrichment, sending infrastructure, signal tools, and LLM workflows.
  • Partner with content, campaigns, and sales teams to maintain automation quality and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on building experience rather than only briefing others.
  • Evidence of building workflows, integrations, internal tools, or small products used by a commercial team.
  • Experience with tools such as Clay, HubSpot, n8n or Make, APIs, SQL, Python, or Claude Code is preferred.
  • Hands-on LLM experience beyond prompting, including agentic workflows and output evaluation.
  • Commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize based on funnel performance.
  • Experience with enterprise or ABM motions involving small, named target lists.
  • Comfort with technical subject matter, including carbon removal science.
  • Self-directed approach to problem solving.
  • Bonus experience in climate tech, carbon markets, energy, RFP-driven sales cycles, or events-led demand generation.
