Description

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and consultative support to customers using Sumo Logic's Cloud SIEM platform.
  • Lead training on advanced features and best practices tailored to each customer's use of the platform.
  • Build and execute customer success and adoption plans aligned to business outcomes, then track progress and expand the plan over time.
  • Identify financial, adoption, and deployment risks and coordinate cross-functional action plans to reduce churn risk.
  • Partner with account teams to develop and implement growth strategies that balance customer needs and company objectives.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and KPI trends, proactively addressing issues and surfacing roadmap feedback.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls with customer stakeholders and executives.
  • Work with users and executives across multiple levels to strengthen relationships and support strategic account growth.
  • Analyze customer data to infer usage patterns and uncover opportunities for deeper adoption.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role managing multiple accounts.
  • Proven SaaS experience, preferably with a background in DevOps Engineering, SOC analysis, or a similar technical function.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for both executive meetings and technical workshops.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and proactively seek support when needed.
  • Strong account management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and their application in the secure DevOps lifecycle.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about customers and the domain.
  • Experience with Sumo Logic or similar monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, New Relic, AppDynamics, or VMware Tanzu (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services (preferred).
  • SQL or similar query language skills (preferred).
  • Experience in security, operations, or SecDevOps monitoring and alerting environments (preferred).
  • Kubernetes and HELM expertise, plus data analytics knowledge, are highly advantageous.
  • Experience with OSS tools such as Otel, Prometheus, and Falco is a plus.
