Description

  • Land and expand new logo accounts to drive incremental ARR growth within assigned territory.
  • Grow existing customer relationships by introducing new use cases and expanding adoption within current buying centers.
  • Measure and communicate the business value of current use cases to new stakeholders and executive buyers.
  • Own the full sales cycle for new, incremental, and renewal business.
  • Maintain strong operational efficiency and forecast accuracy to run a best-in-class sales business.
  • Travel up to 50% to build in-market relationships and develop referenceable customer champions.
  • Provide timely feedback to engineering, product management, and marketing based on customer and market insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total IT sales experience.
  • 5+ years of consistent quota overachievement selling software to enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience selling on-demand/SaaS security or IT infrastructure management solutions to both technical and business audiences, preferably IT leaders, DevOps, or Security Operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for economic buyers and executives.
  • Strong sales methodology experience, such as MEDDPICC, is highly desired.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving technical environment.
  • High activity level and strong drive to perform in a competitive sales environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a curiosity-driven, lifelong learner approach.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for the duration of employment.
  • Nonimmigrant visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $121,000 to $143,000.
  • Eligibility for bonus or commission plans.
  • Eligibility for equity awards.
