Description

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clinics and health systems.
  • Build relationships with key clinic contacts and serve as the primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with providers.
  • Drive provider engagement through education, ongoing support, and site-specific data insights.
  • Collaborate with providers to improve medication management and access to individualized care.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales Representatives on upsells and cross-sells.
  • Document provider interactions, success plans, and accurate clinic records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and project management platforms, including Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HubSpot is relevant to the role.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for team and organizational events.
  • Availability to work remotely while supporting the PST time zone.
