Description

  • Manage an assigned book of clinic and health-system accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinic contacts.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews.
  • Serve as the primary contact for provider questions and escalations.
  • Drive provider engagement through education, support, and site-specific data insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve medication management and access to individualized care.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Document provider interactions, success plans, and accurate clinic records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and project management platforms, including Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred or required for role responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for team and organizational events.
  • Availability to work remotely in the EST time zone.
