Description

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings by identifying, onboarding, and enabling high-impact national, regional, and MSSP partners.
  • Collaborate with channel and sales leadership to develop targeted partner recruitment and enablement strategies.
  • Create and maintain Partner Account Plans with top partners, including measurable sales, marketing, and enablement objectives.
  • Coordinate demand generation activities with channel marketing to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Work with regional sales teams to connect top prospects with appropriate partners and support pipeline growth.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between field leadership and partner executives to align priorities and collaboration.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help partner teams position and sell Abnormal AI offerings.
  • Represent partner interests internally and help ensure high-quality execution of co-marketing, certification, and partner program initiatives.
  • Own national partner relationships and lead quarterly planning and enablement efforts.
  • Develop expertise in channel operations areas such as deal registration, enablement programs, and incentive platforms, and share that knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven success using a structured channel methodology to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with partner dynamics in the region and a strong understanding of the channel landscape.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex value propositions to varied audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, business development, and customer success teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach in dynamic or resource-constrained environments.
  • Trusted collaborator and strategic partner who can contribute to broader business discussions beyond core channel activities.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,280 to $165,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
