Description

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve scaled partner program benefits such as growth advisory workshops and market development funds (MDF).
  • Build workshop curriculum and content covering topics like distribution, user acquisition, product-led growth, monetization, and go-to-market best practices.
  • Create scalable frameworks and operating mechanisms that let partners access benefits in a repeatable and efficient way.
  • Define success metrics and build measurement infrastructure to track engagement, completion, and downstream growth outcomes.
  • Enable CSMs and AEs with toolkits, playbooks, and training to identify and deliver the right benefits to the right partners.
  • Build feedback loops between field teams and the programs function to surface partner needs and improve programs over time.
  • Own MDF budget allocation, utilization tracking, approval workflows, and ROI reporting across the platform partner ecosystem.
  • Partner with Platform Partnerships, Platform Sales, CSMs, and PMM to align program benefits with commercial priorities and workshop content.
  • Translate partner feedback from surveys, usage data, and debriefs into a prioritized backlog of improvements and new benefit ideas.
  • Advocate internally for platform partner needs across programs, PMM, sales, and product discussions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in partner marketing, channel marketing, scaled programs, or partner programs roles.
  • Experience designing and operating programs that scale across many partners, not just 1:1 co-marketing relationships.
  • Experience building programs delivered through field teams such as CSMs, AEs, or channel managers, including enablement and playbooks.
  • Commercial understanding of platform business models, including user acquisition, growth economics, and marketing ROI.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, MDF programs, or channel incentive structures with measurable ROI accountability.
  • Experience in a SaaS, fintech, developer platform, or marketplace ecosystem is preferred.
  • Familiarity with partner portal infrastructure, MDF platforms, or channel incentive tools is preferred.
  • Experience designing and facilitating content-led or workshop-style partner engagement is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in early-stage programs where the playbook is still being built is preferred.
