Description

  • Partner closely with AI Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to align on shared strategies and opportunities.
  • Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives, and success metrics for strategic AI partners.
  • Develop partner-aligned messaging and create bespoke co-marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, co-branded webinars, and other partner programs to drive acquisition, upsell, and pipeline.
  • Deliver account-based marketing plans that support sales-aligned go-to-market strategies.
  • Integrate partners into Stripe-led campaigns by working with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Demand Generation teams.
  • Define scaling mechanisms that provide marketing resources and enablement for a broader partner motion.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets to improve ROI and allocate investment effectively.
  • Track and evaluate co-marketing performance and share insights and recommendations with the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including marketing, product marketing, or partner marketing.
  • 2-3 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience.
  • Experience working with payments, AI, or commerce is preferred.
  • Experience building joint marketing plans and executing campaigns with go-to-market partners.
  • Experience shaping joint messaging and creating content with partners.
  • Experience measuring and improving marketing ROI through an indirect partner-led business model.
  • Deep understanding of the user journey, funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle in a partner distribution channel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both existing and new partners.
  • High adaptability and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
