Description

  • Directly manage and grow a named account list through comprehensive account planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and coordinate executive touchpoints.
  • Develop repeatable processes and scalable engagement models for platform partnerships.
  • Create outbound strategies to generate and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals.
  • Support implementation of sold platforms and help customers effectively use Stripe products.
  • Work with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Finance on product workshops and financial analyses.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy.
  • Lead and contribute to internal initiatives that improve the sales process.
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at both new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of sales or prospecting experience, ideally at a technology company, with a consistent record of top performance.
  • Experience managing and nurturing a named account list and developing account plans for upper middle market and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and orchestrating executive touchpoints.
  • Experience shaping partnership strategy and building repeatable, scaled engagement models.
  • Experience developing outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from lead to close for upper middle market and enterprise companies.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders at new and existing clients.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Finance on complex workshops and financial analyses.
  • Experience contributing to sales process development and refinement.
  • Experience engaging with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy.
