Description

  • Drive revenue performance and sales execution through customer interactions and coaching the team to improve recommendations, service conversion, and average ticket value.
  • Lead and manage service advisors and technicians to ensure strong performance, accountability, and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance and margin management to balance revenue growth with cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and termination decisions when needed.
  • Improve operational efficiency and customer throughput by aligning workflows, staffing, and productivity.
  • Engage directly with customers to build trust, resolve concerns, and deliver a high-quality experience that supports loyalty.
  • Use operational metrics and performance data to improve team productivity, sales execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology and operational systems to track performance, monitor key metrics, and maintain consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment with responsibility for performance and accountability.
  • Strong sales leadership experience, including coaching teams to improve revenue performance, conversion rates, or customer spend.
  • Experience managing employee performance, including hiring, coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Operational decision-making experience with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, or service throughput.
  • Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust, resolve concerns, and recommend services or solutions confidently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while balancing team leadership, operational management, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms for operations and performance management.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries is welcomed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk most of the workday, and use hand tools and manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 - $90,000.
  • Annual bonus of $15,000 - $20,000, paid monthly.
  • Up to 4% gross profit share.
