Description

Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning.
Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term plans aligned with demand forecasts.
Balance planning decisions to meet cost, quality, and service level targets.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to create realistic and executable production plans.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
Implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
Enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while maintaining high data quality and standards.
Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on planning-related topics.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role.
Experience ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for ownership in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
