Description

  • Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning.
  • Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term plans aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Balance planning decisions to meet cost, quality, and service level targets.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to create realistic and executable production plans.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
  • Enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while maintaining high data quality and standards.
  • Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on planning-related topics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role.
  • Experience ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
  • A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for ownership in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
