Description

  • Provide Colleague implementation support through training, functional consulting, and technical assistance at client sites.
  • Analyze student billing, payments, refunds, and collections processes to identify efficiency and compliance improvements.
  • Collaborate with student accounts, financial aid, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions aligned with institutional policies and regulations.
  • Stay current on best practices and updates in Ellucian Colleague and student account technology.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to optimize use of the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague Student Accounts module.
  • Develop reports to support student accounts activities, including aging reports, billing summaries, and payment reconciliations.
  • Communicate user requirements to technical support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience with the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module at a college or university.
  • Experience implementing the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.
  • Demonstrated expertise using Colleague to support student billing, payment processing, refund disbursement, and collections.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague Student Accounts module.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service approach.
  • Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing student accounts reports such as aging reports, billing summaries, and payment reconciliations.
  • Ability to communicate user requirements to technical support teams.
  • Knowledge of how Colleague is used across a variety of institutional types.
  • Ability to travel is preferred.
