Description

  • Support business customers using proprietary software to identify service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay current on product technologies and underlying technical changes.
  • Recognize, document, and escalate difficult technical and business issues.
  • Work with support and product development teams to troubleshoot product issues and identify workarounds.
  • Prioritize and organize the customer ticket workload.
  • Train and assist end users through email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Handle a high volume of tickets and calls while maintaining an active backlog of work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience with a technical background.
  • 2+ years of high-level technical support experience in a Windows environment.
  • 2+ years of technical experience with computer software, including installation and configuration of Windows programs.
  • Experience providing in-person support for Windows and Mac systems and mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and Windows-based devices, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating system architecture and security.
  • Experience working with Zendesk is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the car dealership industry.
  • Excellent customer support, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
