Description

  • Define the research scope, angles, expert criteria, and vetting questions for Directed Content projects.
  • Launch and manage research projects aligned to client demand, sector priorities, and market dynamics.
  • Own the Technology, Media & Telecoms sector coverage and stay current on industry trends, companies, and investment themes.
  • Review and approve expert profiles and provide feedback to maintain expert quality.
  • Track project progress, manage workload allocation, and run regular team huddles for Analysts.
  • Monitor scheduling, compliance, expert engagement, and key performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop Analysts on sourcing strategy, execution, and output quality.
  • Partner with Directors of Research, Sector Leads, Client Contributors, and Contributor Relations teams to align on client needs and opportunities.
  • Continuously refine knowledge resources and support onboarding to strengthen team expertise.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare, Technology, Media & Telecoms, or Expert Insights.
  • Strong understanding of the companies, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging themes shaping the covered sector(s).
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
  • Comfort using tools such as AlphaSense and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Proactive, self-directed ownership of work and outcomes.
  • Ability to improve workflows, scale processes, and maximize team impact.
