Description

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including import coordination, supplier communication, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.
  • Oversee high-priority customer orders to support on-time, in-full delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and discrepancies before they affect customers or costs.
  • Maintain accurate records in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor bills.
  • Track and reconcile import costs, freight charges, duties, and multi-currency transactions with high financial accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures within areas of responsibility.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports.
  • Collaborate professionally with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on action items.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing import processes, ideally within the food industry.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Available to work in US time zones, including graveyard shift hours in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Owns a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Has a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Has backup equipment available in case of power or internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
