Description

  • Travel to schools across the UK between July and September to carry out on-site audits.
  • Use the Civica Education System to digitally replicate each school site with accurate room and layout details.
  • Record and add school assets into the system and keep the data up to date.
  • Audit and verify assets in classrooms and other areas of the school.
  • Deliver basic training to school staff on how to use the system confidently.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car, with willingness to travel nationwide throughout the summer.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately record, audit, and verify school assets.
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using digital platforms to manage asset data and replicate school sites.
  • Good communication skills to interact with school staff and deliver clear, basic training.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time across multiple school visits.
  • Willingness to work on a 3-month contract between July and September.
