Description

  • Conduct investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process.
  • Review findings and cross-reference previous order details to support investigative work.
  • Communicate investigation findings to customers and co-workers and advise on next steps.
  • Answer investigation-related phone calls and emails.
  • Update procedural documents and review existing procedures.
  • Work with the Investigations Team to help achieve daily goals in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of related experience required.
  • Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with peers.
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback.
  • Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be located in Arkansas for this remote position.
