Description

  • Handle incoming FNOL calls and provide empathetic, professional telephone customer service.
  • Interact with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to support the FNOL process for Property and Casualty claims.
  • Enter FNOL report details, loss information, and claim documentation into the system.
  • Electronically file documentation and assist with mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviews.
  • Process invoices and coordinate with vendors to support the team’s workflow.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records by entering up-to-date information into the system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and suggest more efficient ways to handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Prior administrative support experience, preferably in an insurance or professional services setting.
  • Based in Mexico, strongly preferred for time zone alignment and team needs.
  • Available to work in US time zones.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of the job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Own a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • Have backup equipment available in case of power or internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
