Description

  • Provide timely and professional customer support to Italian-speaking clients about transportation services and inquiries.
  • Handle booking processes, scheduling, and customer issue resolution via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth transportation operations.
  • Stay informed on transportation policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written, is required.
  • English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in transportation or logistics, is required or strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset are required.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Willingness to work and live in Greece is required.
  • Comfort working in a multicultural workplace is required.
