Description

  • Guide SAP consultants in converting project experience into strong, market-ready resumes.
  • Train candidates to use internal resume-building tools.
  • Conduct weekend sessions for resume building and interview preparation.
  • Provide career guidance, motivation, and confidence-building support.
  • Improve candidates’ communication and presentation skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate mock interviews.
  • Track candidate progress until they are ready for placement.
  • Support SAP students and consultants who have completed training and live projects.
  • Align candidate preparation with the North American job market.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, or placement support.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Understanding of IT/SAP projects is preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and guide candidates.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work.
  • Comfort working with candidates in the USA and Canada.
  • Ability to support resume building and interview preparation for SAP professionals.
