Description

  • Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the marketing orchestration suite.
  • Reposition the product narrative toward connected, cross-channel execution.
  • Partner with Product Management, Client Services, and Sales to unify product roadmaps into a cohesive story.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as sales plays, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and competitive battlecards.
  • Work with account management to support cross-sell efforts to existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and cross-channel engagement capabilities to define StackAdapt’s value in the market.
  • Gather customer and internal feedback to identify friction points, journey issues, and emerging trends.
  • Translate customer and market insights into business requirements for product management.
  • Use generative AI tools to optimize workflows and accelerate asset creation.
  • Track and report on product adoption, feature usage, and commercial win rates to refine positioning and improve revenue.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of dedicated product marketing experience.
  • Experience in platform product marketing within the martech or marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Background at a tier-1 marketing automation, CDP, or cross-channel engagement platform such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or Attentive.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts such as data pipelines, workflow triggers, and audience segmentation into business value.
  • Hands-on experience launching multi-channel marketing tools, with knowledge of email infrastructure, customer data hubs, workflow builders, and analytics.
  • Direct experience with direct mail automation is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience creating structured sales plays, commercial discovery frameworks, and competitive battlecards.
  • Baseline understanding of programmatic ad tech, including DSPs and media buying, or the ability to quickly learn complex advertising concepts.
  • Direct professional experience in a demand-side platform (DSP) or programmatic advertising agency environment is a nice to have.
  • Previous experience with the StackAdapt platform is a nice to have.
  • Experience launching or scaling automated direct mail integrations is a nice to have.
  • Advanced proficiency using generative AI tools in research and content development is a nice to have.
  • Compensation is based on the candidate’s location, experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Ontario salary band is CAD $100,000–$119,000 base salary.
  • Final offers may vary based on organizational needs and budget alignment.
