Description

  • Build and execute a go-to-market plan targeting major Spanish holding companies and top independent agency networks.
  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations to secure localized and regional Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Structure custom 1:1 agreements for agencies representing a single primary advertiser.
  • Evangelize StackAdapt’s value proposition and differentiators to agency stakeholders.
  • Drive platform adoption and scaled enablement across agency planning, strategy, and trading teams.
  • Launch managed-service pilot programs to create early proof points and win internal traction.
  • Create pitch decks, narrative tools, and internal processes needed to advance opportunities and close business.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leadership and C-level executives at major agencies.

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of digital advertising sales experience, with deep expertise in programmatic ecosystems.
  • An extensive senior network of contacts and trading directors across major holding companies and large independent agencies in Spain.
  • Proven experience from DSPs, SSPs, or walled gardens.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience with advanced sales qualification frameworks such as MEDICC or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to build high-impact client pitch decks and explain complex programmatic concepts clearly.
  • Native-level Spanish language skills are required.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, early-stage market environment with change and uncertainty.
