Description

  • Develop, train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for cybersecurity use cases.
  • Own the full model lifecycle from data understanding and preparation through production deployment.
  • Build preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines that support model development and inference.
  • Prototype new approaches and productionize models from research or experimentation into reliable systems.
  • Work with engineering, product, research, and domain experts to define success criteria and solution scope.
  • Validate, transform, and maintain data pipelines across research-to-production handoff points.
  • Use cloud-native environments, including AWS, to deploy and support models.
  • Design feedback loops and evaluation methods to improve model accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Document model designs, tradeoffs, outcomes, pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Participate in model reviews, compliance reviews, and customer-facing discussions as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping production models with hands-on ownership of the data lifecycle.
  • Strong background in applied math, including linear algebra, optimization, and statistics.
  • Experience using NLP techniques for text classification, tagging, or entity extraction.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
  • Experience building or maintaining data and feature pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Pandas.
  • Comfort with model versioning and monitoring tools such as MLflow or DVC.
  • Working experience deploying models into cloud environments or containerized services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Deeper MLOps, DevOps, or data engineering exposure, such as infrastructure-as-code or CI/CD, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity data or domains such as threat intelligence, account takeover, or ransomware is preferred.
  • Exposure to graph analytics, knowledge graphs, or frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK is preferred.
  • Experience working with unstructured data such as log files, threat reports, or breach datasets is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
