Description

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and align marketing technology solutions to their business goals.
  • Lead requirement discovery and conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, communicate progress, and resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories that reflect client and user requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the technology solution backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and client feedback.
  • Translate client needs into actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with technical delivery leads, solution architects, data analysts, and engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and other delivery artifacts as needed.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
  • Influence cross-functional teams through Agile process and quickly adapt to changing priorities or delivery challenges.
  • Own delivery readiness, anticipate risks and dependencies, and guide team priorities, decisions, and communication.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technology leadership role.
  • Experience in marketing technology, including marketing databases, APIs, back-end integration, analytics, digital front-end experience, marketing automation, and email.
  • Experience in data projects, Snowflake projects, or marketing automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile backlog management, including prioritization and planning.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to new information, risks, and shifting delivery realities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
