Description

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and align marketing technology solutions to their business goals.
Lead requirement discovery and conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, communicate progress, and resolve concerns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories that reflect client and user requirements.
Manage and prioritize the technology solution backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and client feedback.
Translate client needs into actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with technical delivery leads, solution architects, data analysts, and engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery readiness.
Create and maintain technical documentation and other delivery artifacts as needed.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Influence cross-functional teams through Agile process and quickly adapt to changing priorities or delivery challenges.
Own delivery readiness, anticipate risks and dependencies, and guide team priorities, decisions, and communication.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technology leadership role.
Experience in marketing technology, including marketing databases, APIs, back-end integration, analytics, digital front-end experience, marketing automation, and email.
Experience in data projects, Snowflake projects, or marketing automation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Experience with Agile backlog management, including prioritization and planning.
Exceptional client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Ability to respond quickly to new information, risks, and shifting delivery realities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
