Description

Attend project meetings with Product Owners, stakeholders, and internal board members.
Gather client requirements, manage needs, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
Maintain and update the product roadmap.
Lead coordination across developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
Learn business processes and extract business requirements by asking the right questions.
Conduct workshops and run meetings with external business clients.
Create simple visualizations such as flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns to support client conversations.
Develop project and process knowledge through certified courses and books recommended by the team.
Collaborate closely with experienced Product Owners and other team members.

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management.
First commercial experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives; student activities alone do not qualify.
Excellent command of Polish and English at C1 level, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of SDLC.
Experience working with tech teams, including developers and designers.
Openness to AI and automation tools.
Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions.
Practical knowledge of using AI in projects.
Ability to conduct workshops and meetings with external business clients, with bonus points for experience with American-based clients.
Tech-savvy, growth-oriented, analytical, communicative, assertive, and comfortable working with others.
Preferred: project management skills, agile mindset, flexibility, good self-management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred: theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Preferred: experience conducting discussions and meetings with clients.
