Description

  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized user stories ready for development.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and delivery tracking in agile environments with distributed teams.
  • Manage stakeholders, dependencies, and risks to keep business and technology aligned.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with international teams and facilitate effective communication in English.
  • Promote a lean delivery approach using automation and AI tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner in technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience defining requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Strong experience in project planning, tracking, and coordination.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • High B2 or C1 level of English, with the ability to work in international environments.
  • Senior profile with a hands-on approach and strong delivery orientation.
  • Knowledge of Client Contribution or Client P&L processes is preferred.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Jira or Confluence is preferred.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve processes is preferred.
